Associate Professor Dr. Sinem Baltacı, Vice Dean of Yalova University's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, held a meeting with administrative staff regarding quality initiatives.
The meeting, attended by all administrative staff, including Faculty Secretary Esat Birtane, evaluated the purpose and scope of quality initiatives. Their roles as part of the quality assurance system and the importance of a shared language pool were discussed. To develop this common language, discussions were held on the definition of activities, the operation of workflows, potential problems, and recommendations.
