The registration dates for primary and reserve candidates whose transfers have been accepted are as follows.

FINAL REGISTRATION DATES: AUGUST 27-29, 2025

ALTERNATIVE CANDIDATE REGISTRATION DATES: SEPTEMBER 1-2, 2025

FINAL REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Candidates must apply in person for final registration and bring any of the following documents that they have not previously uploaded to the system during their application process:

1- Student Certificate

2- Transcript

3- Course Schedule and Contents

4- Document Proving No Disciplinary Action (If stated on the student certificate or transcript, a separate document is not required.)

5- Document Proving No Obstacles to Transfer from the Home University.
