History

2021-2022 Student Activities:
1. The Mazi and Ati Club was established.
2. Our student, Ayşe Nur TURAN, won the Turkish Historical Society Undergraduate Scholarship.

2022-2023 Student Activities:
1. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammed CEYHAN, Head of the History Department, delivered a speech at the "History Talks" conference organized by the Mazi and Ati Club.
2. History Department students, accompanied by the Mazi and Ati Club, visited YAU Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet BAHÇEKAPILI.
3. Prof. Dr. Cafer ÇİFTÇİ delivered a speech at the second "History Talks" conference of the Mazi and Ati Club.
4. Poet and author Metin ÖNAL MENGÜŞOĞLU delivered a speech at the third "History Talks" conference of the Mazi and Ati Club.

Student activities for the 2023-2024 Academic Year:
1. Prof. Dr. Hasan Basri Öcalan spoke at the fourth "History Talks" conference of the Mazi and Ati Club.

  1. The Psikogelişim ve Farkındalık Club was established. (Current Name: Yalova University Psychology Club)

  1. A visit to the Veterinary Animal Rehabilitation Center was organized.
  2. A street animal feeding event was carried out.
  3. The event “Everything About Erasmus” was organized in collaboration with other student clubs.
  4. A seminar on “Lie Detection Techniques” was conducted.

Academic Year 2023–2024:

  1. The event “Are You Ready to Explore the Limits of Memory?” was organized.
  2. A trip was arranged to attend the play “Me and Myself”.
  3. The “If I Were…” event was conducted.
  4. The “Art and Children” event was organized.
  5. A seminar titled “A Different Perspective on Schizophrenia Treatment” was held.
  6. Film analysis of To the Bone was conducted.
  7. The “The Self Behind the Mask” event was organized.

  2. A visit to the Dialogue Museum was arranged.
  3. A seminar titled “Career Talks: A Career in Psychology – Industrial Psychology” was conducted.

  6. The “Not Therapy, Just Conversation” event was organized.
